Leading Public Sector bank UCO Bank has decided to launch mobile banking services. The chairman and Managing Director of the Bank SK Goel said that this will be first of its kind in the country.

In the initial stage the bank would launch 100 mobile vans equipped with ATM and with CBS facility. The idea is to bring additional one lakh people under the banking net.

On the 67th foundation day today the UCO Bank opened 67 new Branches of the Bank through out the country on Wednesday.

Mr Goel informed that the service will be launched on 26th of this month at Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
