TCS ranked fifth in Bloomberg ranking
India's largest IT company, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), topped the list for IT services, and ranked fifth overall, in Bloomberg Businessweeks 12th annual 'Tech 100', a ranking of the world's best performing tech companies.
The publication analysed over 6,500 companies actively traded on stock markets across 13 tech sectors.
The top hundred tech companies were ranked in order of the best weighted scores.
With a shareholder return of 150 per cent, TCS jumped from 30th on last year's list to the fifth position this year, the release said.
