Summer session of J&K legislature to begin from July 27
The summer session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council will be held in Srinagar from July 27. Governor NN Vohra has summoned both the Houses of the State Legislature to meet at Srinagar on Monday, the 27th July, 2009.
The government will present the budget during the session. Due to model code of conduct following the Lok Sabha elections, the state budget could not be presented during Jammu session.
