Situation remains peaceful in Kashmir Valley; curfew lifted

In Kashmir valley, situation remained by and large peaceful on Sunday as authorities lifted curfew from the entire valley. Shops and other establishments opened nearly after a fortnight and public transport services were restored.
People were seen purchasing ration and other essential commodities.
The normal life in the valley remained disrupted since June 25th due to protest violent clashes and killings in the firing incidents.
