Political uncertainty in the state shows no signs of ending as chief minister Shibu Soren's son Hemant told media that his father would not give up his post. He was talking to reporters in Ranchi after returning from Delhi.
Deputy Chief Minister and the leader of another alliance partner AJSU, Sudesh Mehto has also said that there is no plan to change the chief minister at this point of time.
BJP has already made it clear that the party will take a final decision on the issue after taking all stake holders into confidence. The Parliamentary board of the party is scheduled to meet soon to discuss this issue.
In a related development, Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantric) chief Babulal Marandi has said his party is ready to form the government and end 'political uncertainty' in Jharkhand if secular forces support it.
