Shibu Soren sworn in as Jharkhand CM for the third time

BJP's Jharkhand unit chief and head of BJP state legislature party Raghubar Das and President of All Students Jharkhand Union – Sudesh Mahto were also sworn with him.
Governor K. Shankarnarayan administered the oath of office and secrecy to all three at historic Morabadi ground in Ranchi.
The governor has given him time till January 8 to prove his strength on the floor of house.
A seniour BJP leader said that the expansion of the cabinet would only take place after Shibu Soren passed the floor test.
This is the third time when Shibu Soren has been sworn in as the chief minister of the state. This time he is heading a five-party unnamed coalition.
As per the constitutional requirement, Jharkhand can have 12 ministers including the chief minister.
