SBI to offer matrimonial assistance
Taking innovation to new heights, the State Bank of India yesterday inaugurated country’s first ever NRI facilitation centre at Hyderabad which would offer various services including matrimonial assistance to its NRI account holders.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank, Shiva Kumar, said the bank has entered into tie-ups with various service providers to offer different services such as payment of water tax, income tax, telephone bills, getting medicines or sending flowers to their dear ones and even matrimonial service.
Shiva Kumar said the services will be available 24x7 across all branches and the Hyderabad office will act as a hub of all activities. The NRI customer in need of any service would only need to call the facilitation centre or send an email stating the account number and service required.
