Public sector steel company Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has merged Bharat Refractories (BRL) with itself. The ministry of corporate affairs has approved the merger.
SAIL in a statement said the captive in-house refractory making capability would provide SAIL with strategic advantage at a time when the company is expanding its production capacity.
