The Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Samajwadi Party on Monday withdrew support to the UPA government over the issue of Women Reservation Bill.
SP leader Mulayam Singh Yadav and RJD chief Lalu Prasad met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh following their decision to withdraw support to the government on the women's bill issue.
Speaking to reporters outside Parliament Lalu Prasad said, "This is political dacoity and we have decided to withdraw our support to UPA government."
However, he parried away the reporters question whether a written communication has been sent to the President or not in this regard or not.
