A Mig 21 aircraft of Indian Airforce crashed near Bhisiana village about 10 Km of Bhisiana air base near Bathinda in Punjab on Thursday.
The Pilot, who got airborne for a routine training sortie, sustained fatal injuries. There is no reported damage to any civil property or life. The air force has ordered an inquiry to investigate the cause of the accident.
