ONGC bags Safety Innovation Award 2010 for innovative safety measures

The award was given away by Rakesh Mehta, IAS, Chief Secretary, NCT during Safety Convention-2010 organised by Institution of Engineers (IEI) in hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi.
Narain Lal, GM-Head Environment along with Harendra Singh, DGM (Chem) received the award on behalf of ONGC.
Safety Innovation Award has been instituted by Institution of Engineers (IEI) and is one of the most prestigious safety awards given to organizations having well established safety management system that have taken innovative measures and made significant contribution towards improvement of safety performance of the organization.
