US President Barack Obama has ruled out any American mediation on the Kashmir issue and said that dialogue is the best way to reduce the tension between the two countries.
In an interview with Pakistan's Dawn TV, Obama said that he believes there are opportunities that Pakistan and India can be in a dialogue together and over time to try to reduce tensions and find areas of common interest.
In reply to a question, the US President said he thinks that all of South Asia will benefit by reduced tensions between India and Pakistan.
