India's leading manufacturer and exporter of alumina and aluminium -NALCO, under the Ministry of Mines has declared a total dividend of 25% amounting to Rs.161.08 crore (15% interim paid in March 2010 and 10% final being paid now) on the paid-up capital of Rs.644.31 crore, for the financial year 2009-10. The Company has earned a profit after tax of Rs. 814 crores for the year 2009-10.

The balance amount of Rs.8.28 crore is payable to other shareholders of the Company like banks, financial institutions and individual shareholders etc.
