Mr. Naidu shifted to Aurangabad
Maharashtra Government on Tuesday ordered withdrawal of cases against TDP Chief, N. Chandrababu Naidu and his supporters including MPs and MLAs.
They have been permitted to proceed to Hyderabad by a Chartered Plane but Mr. Naidu refused to leave the State. After this the state government shifted them from Dharmabad to Aurangabad
Earlier, Mr. Naidu and his followers were remanded to judicial custody till 26th of July by Dharmabad Court after they refused to furnish a personal bond for the release.
The TDP Supremo and his supporters were arrested by Maharashtra Police for defying prohibitory orders and trying to cross the Maharashtra-Andhra Pradesh border to inspect the Babli Irrigation Project in Nanded district of Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the TDP has demanded the Centre to intervene and allow them to visit Babli project and release its leaders unconditionally.
Demanding an apology from Maharashtra Government, senior TDP leaders have sought a judicial probe into the lathi-charge against the agitating TDP delegation.
