Communication and Information Technology Minister Kapil Sibal laid the foundation stone of National Institute of Communication Finance in Ghitroni in New Delhi on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Sibal said that the institute will produce better technological and management people that will subsequently facilitate the communication revolution occurring in country.
The Minister added that the institute will have a green campus with zero water discharge facilities and advanced technology for harvesting rain water.
