K. Sujatha Rao to be Secretary Health & Family Welfare

Govt of India has announced on Saturday the appointment of 1974 Andhra cadre IAS officer K Sujatha Rao as news Health and Family Welfare secretary.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment. Ms. Rao is presently secretary, Department of AIDS Control, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. She would take the charge on 30th of this month when Mr. Naresh Dayal retires.
