GAIL (India) Limited has been adjudged the best Oil and Gas Transportation Company for the year 2007-08. The award was presented today by R. S.Pandey, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to Dr. U. D. Choubey, Chairman and Managing Director, GAIL.
Santosh Kumar, Director (Projects), GAIL was also present on the occasion. GAIL has received the award for the second time in a row.
The award has been given to GAIL in recognition for leading performance growth of infrastructure, optimal utilization during hydrocarbon transportation in India while meeting norms of health, safety and environment protection.
