Coalition politics necessary to combat Congress hegemony: Advani
LK Advani has said coalition politics is necessary to end Congress hegemony. While winding up a three day long meeting in Shimla hhe said the party witnessed a decade of successes from 1989 but the present decade has been a period of setbacks. After 1999, the party lost two Lok Sabha elections and now it is an issue for introspection as to why it is declining after a decade of success.
