Leading public sector telecom giant BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) has launched BlackBerry phones in association with Canada based Research in Motion (RIM) on Friday.
The Blackberry Services were launched at Chandigarh by Siddhartha Behuria, Secretary, Department of Telecommunications and Chairman Telecom Commission by sending a email on mobile of Kuldeep Goyal, CMD, BSNL.
BSN CMD Mr. Goyal said that the Blackberry solution and services has strategically expanded the gamut of services to the customers. The BSNL by offering efficient and quality services will be able to meet the telecommunication requirements of corporate executive and business professionals.
BSNL will offer BlackBerry Enterprise Services to corporate customers and organisations that manage their own email servers. Blackberry Enterprise Server integrates with leading email platforms such as the IBM, Lotus, Domino, Microsoft, Exchange and Novell GroupWise.
