Party's spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said on Wednesday that Congres's dilly-dallying on this issue will not be in the interest of good governance.
BJP on Wednesday asked the Centre to implement its assurance to initiate process for the creation of the new state in a time-bound manner.
Prakash Javadekar told reporters in New Delhi that the situation in Andhra Pradesh is bad and the administration has come to a standstill.
In response to a question he said that there is no need to send this issue to the second reorganization commission as the political parties have already rejected this proposal.
