4.12 percent growth in direct tax collections in first 5 months
Net direct tax collections registered a growth of 4.12 percent in the first five months of the current fiscal as compared to the corresponding period in the last financial year.
The growth in Corporate Taxes was 1.84 percent the increase in the Personal Income Tax was 7.40 percent.
