This is the third terror attack in western Europe in last one week. Prior to this, a refugee has seriously injured 4 passengers in a train in Bavaria, Germany on Wednesday. Another terrorist has killed 80 people and injured several others by running over his truck on a victory parade in neighbouring France's Nice city on 15th July.
